Ihre Aufgaben
  • Defining winning marketing strategies for national customers ensuring support of account plans
  • Drive national training program through KOLs pannel
  • Ensuring interlock with Sales leaders to drive local presence at key opportunities
  • Close cooperation with global marketing & global product management
  • Manage new product launch activities including regionalization of collateral and demand creation efforts
  • Define, develop and execute local marketing activities
  • Driving business development, directly and with customers
  • Train local sales force and ensure corporate message is spread properly
  • Maintain relationship with local Schools of medicine
  • Manage the local advertising budget in line with required KPIs
  • Builds strong customer relationships and collaborates to deliver channel and customer-centric solutions
  • Anticipates future trends and implications accurately, while creating competitive and breakthrough strategies that connect the vision and action
  • Commitment to beauty and aesthetics
  • Experience in online marketing and social media
  • Demonstrates high learning agility and strong analytical skills, both technical-literate and business-savvy
Ihr Profil
  • Significant experience of brand management in pharma/medical device industry
  • Clear understandings of the relevant market dynamics
  • Experience with international environment
  • Product launch management
  • Previous success of influencing and leading teams without direct line management responsibility
  • Experience of successfully managing multiple projects to challenging timeframes, with internal and external teams.
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary, and occasionally within Europe
  • Experience of effective budget management and making investment decisions
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software products.
  • Full driving license
  • Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably life sciences
  • Fluent (native) Italien and professional English
