Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
University Degree in Computer Science / Business Administration or equivalent practical experience. Fluent in English, German is beneficial. Experience in the HR IT area, Knowledge in Recruiting solutions (Smartrecruiters or SuccessFactors) is beneficial. SAP HCM is a plus. Preferably in an international environment. Proven Project Management skills, ideally experience in implementing and developing business applications. Very good understanding of HR processes and applications. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, result, and performance-oriented, team player.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
