RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
  • Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architects and business partners.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and test management activities.
  • Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company’s benefit.

REQUIREMENT ENGINEERING & SOLUTION DESIGN

  • Partner with IT and Sales teams, understand business processes, gather and challenge requirements and translate them into technical concepts.
  • Create solutions based on best-in-class technologies that fit the purpose.
  • Drive solutions to the company`s benefit in alignment with the global IT strategy.

HQ AND MARKET BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in HQ IT, HQ Sales department and local subsidiaries.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with internal standards and compliance requirements - including data integration, IT controlling, sales controlling, and data quality governance.
  • Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget resources to specific market requirements.

SERVICE OWNERSHIP

  • Take full ownership of specific IT services throughout their entire lifecycle — from design and implementation to continuous improvement and support.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within the FMCG sector. University degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration or equivalent practical experience. Very good English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, German is an advantage. Solid expertise in SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA is essential. Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is considered a plus. Interest and hands-on experience in Sales and IT processes, reporting, and working with relevant data sets. Understanding of key Sales KPIs, customer insights, sales performance, and analytics concepts; experience integrating external data sources (e.g., store level data, FMCG tools and devices). Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to navigate complex processes and proactively address risks. Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully delivering and rolling out analytical applications. Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across both business and IT functions, including senior leadership. Proactive, self-driven team player with high adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
